Privacy Policy

• Account details: name, email, company, phone and a securely hashed password.
• Listings: the details, photos, location and contact information you publish. Listings are public.
• Messages: inquiries buyers send through the Site (name, email, phone and message).
• Billing: your plan and billing status. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are never stored on our servers.
• Usage: basic information such as listing views and server logs used to keep the Site running and secure.

• To run the marketplace: show listings, pass inquiries to sellers and manage your account.
• To bill subscriptions and send receipts and account notices.
• To prevent fraud and abuse and to keep the Site secure.
• To improve the Site. We may send you occasional updates about Fleet Marketplace; you can opt out at any time.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Other users, when you publish a listing or send an inquiry.
• Service providers who run the Site for us: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database hosting), Netlify (website hosting) and Wikimedia Commons (stock vehicle photos).
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage to remember vehicles you add to Compare. We do not use advertising cookies.

We keep account and listing information while your account is open and as needed for billing, tax and legal records. You can delete your listings at any time. To close your account or ask for a copy or deletion of your personal information, email jackson@ras-int.org.

Passwords are hashed, connections are encrypted, and payments are handled by Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

The Site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
