Terms of Service

The Site is an online venue where sellers advertise used vehicles, parts and accessories and buyers contact them. We are not the seller, buyer, broker, dealer or agent in any transaction. Sales, payments between buyers and sellers, inspections, titles, shipping and delivery are handled directly between the parties.

We do not inspect, verify or guarantee any vehicle or item, its condition, history, title or the accuracy of any listing. Buyers should inspect items and verify title and history before paying.

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
• Give accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put other users at risk.

• Listing on the Site requires a paid monthly plan. Each plan allows a set number of active listings at one time (vehicles and parts each use one slot).
• Plans are billed in advance on the 1st of every month. Your first charge covers the rest of the current month and is prorated; after that you are charged the full monthly price on each 1st.
• Plans renew automatically every month until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize us, through our payment processor Stripe, to charge your payment method each month.
• You can cancel any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month; your listings stay live until then.
• Upgrades and downgrades take effect right away and are prorated by Stripe.
• If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it. If it is not paid within a few days of the 1st, your listings are taken down until the plan is paid.
• Prices may change. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change affects your plan.

When you post a listing you confirm that:

• You own the item or are authorized to sell it, and it is accurately described (including price, mileage, condition and any known defects).
• You own or have permission to use every photo you upload.
• The item is legal to sell and the listing complies with all laws that apply to you, including title, lien, emissions and consumer protection laws.

You may not post stolen goods, items with undisclosed liens, misleading or duplicate listings, or anything unrelated to vehicles and vehicle parts. We may edit, hide or remove any listing at our discretion. Removing a listing for breaking these rules does not entitle you to a refund.

You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, copy and promote your listing content and photos on the Site and in marketing for the Site while the listing is active.

Contact sellers through the Site or the details they provide. Never wire money or pay a deposit for a vehicle you have not verified. Representative photos marked as such show the model, not the actual item. Listings marked "Sample listing" are illustrations and are not for sale. Finance figures on the Site are estimates only and are not an offer of credit.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any listing will result in a sale.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAS International LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from a transaction between users. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

You agree to defend and indemnify RAS International LLC against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your listings, your transactions with other users, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will notify subscribers by email or on the Site; using the Site after the change means you accept it. Questions: jackson@ras-int.org.
